B.V.M, U.S.N. organized an effective seminar ‘Time and Stress Management’ today. The main objective was to equip the faculty with practical techniques of Time Management, Class room Management, Stress Management. Mr.Tejwant Singh Grewal, the resource person, primarily focused to involve the students in an enquiry to connect them to their subject. Teachers were guided to make a plan based on ‘What Students must know, should know, what’s good to know for them’. Focus was to have a Humanistic approach in teaching by establishing a strong relationship between the teacher and the taught and involve the students in the problems solving task. Principal Mrs. Bandana Sethi as well as all the teachers appreciated the innovated techniques of this interactive seminar and were energized to apply the same in their teaching.
